  The themes vary, there's a lot of vanilla and then some more hardcore content. The more vanilla movies will likely feature certain roles/professions (e.g. teacher, stepsister, nurse) or positions and vanilla sex acts (e.g. cowgirl, creampie) as their main characteristic.
