  【内容简介】
           《终极奇兵》是根据畅销小说《Eaters of the Dead》（食尸者）所改编的惊悚冒险片，安东尼奥班德拉斯饰演一位特使，他加入一个勇士团，对抗神秘的食人怪物。西元十一世纪，巴格达是当时世界文明的中心，在这种背景之下，阿默德（安东尼奥班德拉斯饰）因为位高权重，享尽了特权，但是后来因被美色诱惑，而被放逐到外地当特使。阿默德和一队商旅同行，他的仆人是梅奇塞德（奥玛雪瑞夫饰），结果在旅途中遇到了一个勇士团。这个勇士团向阿默德说，有种不知名怪物正在他们的家园肆虐。阿默德对这种说法感到非常怀疑，他们说怪物会在多雾的夜晚出现，把猎物肢解之后再吃掉尸体，这种怪物防不胜防，他们怕得连怪物名字都不敢说出来。
           这个勇士团由勇敢的勃利威带领，勇士们来自四面八方，有好色的海格、巨人赫丹、马术师罗尼、神射手里梭、迷信鬼史格、乐师威士、不喜欢说话的艾索、狗头军师哈加、爱斗嘴的海拉、长不大的哈塔、和个性阴沉的雷格纳。当他们回到罗加国王所掌政的家乡之后，阿默德发现国王、薇露王后、和诡诈的威里夫王子都不能阻止怪物横行，在种种威胁的胁迫之下，阿默德发现他必须克服恐惧走向战场，不然就会遭到被怪物吞噬的命运。
