  　　青年泷泽朗被选定为日本救世主“塞尔颂”之一。他获得了一只已充值100亿日元的“贵族手机”，运用这只奇特的手机，泷泽在神秘组织“杰斯”的帮助下参加了以日本的存亡为赌注的游戏。泷泽在白宫前邂逅了女大学生森美咲，两人共同展开行动。
